When your return is received, it will be processed within 7 business days and the credit will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card) within 7 days. We will contact you to confirm the money return via email or over the phone.
IMPORTANT:
Do not remove the tag from jewelry if you want to return it!!! We cannot issue refunds for items with removed tags.

All returns must be made through USPS – the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
